Prestige Construction & Landscaping is a growing landscape construction company specializing in large-scale commercial and high-end residential projects. We build everything from retaining walls and interlock to site concrete, grading, planting, full outdoor spaces and rooftop amenities.

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Hand who can help manage a crew on site and keep jobs moving efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Help lead and guide a crew of 2–5 workers on landscape construction projects
• Read drawings and understand site layouts, elevations, and details
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, plate tampers, and cut-off saws
• Assist with Lay out of projects including walls, steps, patios, curbs, and grading
• Train and mentor newer crew members
• Communicate clearly with the Foreman about progress, issues, and material needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

Skills & Experience Required

• 3+ years experience in landscape construction
• Strong knowledge of:
• Interlock & paver installations
• Retaining walls
• Site grading & base prep
• Concrete prep (forming, rebar, etc. is an asset)
• Ability to read construction drawings and use a laser level
• Comfortable operating small equipment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Requirements

• Valid G driver’s license (DZ is an asset)
• Reliable transportation to shop or job sites
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
