Role Overview

This role involves managing and supporting dispute resolution processes on Presolv360’s ODR platform, including coordination with parties and neutrals. You will handle case communication, provide administrative and technical support, and contribute to improving processes. The role also requires learning and applying ADR and ODR concepts while staying updated with industry developments.

Key responsibilities o Administer disputes on Presolv360’s ODR platform.

o Provide administrative and technical assistance to parties in the dispute resolution process.

o Manage dispute communication and assist in case management.

o Provide task support to and co-ordinate with neutrals and parties.

o Handle the neutral empanelment process.

o Locate and define process improvement opportunities.

o Collaborate, troubleshoot, and work with other teams to solve challenges.

o Learn and understand the concepts of alternative dispute resolution (‘ADR’) and ODR.

o Research on ADR and ODR and stay updated with latest trends and court rulings.

Skills/Qualifications o LLB / LLM graduate.

o 0-1 year of experience, preferably in ADR/ODR.

o Excellent drafting.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.

o Meticulous with an eye for detail.

o Willingness to learn and take initiative.

o Passion to work with people for the people.
