We are building a premium digital presence and are looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer who understands luxury branding and can bring our vision to life across digital platforms. 🎯 Role Overview We are hiring a Creative Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Designer to lead the visual identity of our brand across all platforms.

This role combines graphic design, motion graphics, video production, and AI-driven content workflows, ideal for someone who can create visually stunning, high-converting content at scale. 🎨 Key Responsibilities🖌️ Graphic Design - Design high-end creatives for:

• Website (UI elements, banners, landing pages)
• Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, ads)
• Email marketing campaigns
• Sales brochures and presentations
• Maintain consistent luxury brand identity (black, gold, minimal aesthetic)
• Create premium visuals for fleet, chauffeur experience, and corporate services 🎬 Motion Graphics, Video Production & Editing - Create and edit high-quality video content for:
• Social media reels, ads, and campaigns
• Brand storytelling videos
• App/product walkthroughs
• Handle end-to-end video production:
• Concept → storyboard → editing → final delivery
• Apply cinematic effects, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics
• Animate logos, UI flows, and promotional visuals 📱 UGC Ads & Performance Creatives - Create high-converting UGC-style ads for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
• Develop engaging short-form content designed to:
• Drive conversions
• Increase engagement
• Understand hooks, storytelling, and ad psychology
• Continuously test and optimise creatives (A/B testing mindset) 🤖 AI Tools & Automation - Use AI tools such as n8n and Claude to:
• Automate content posting workflows
• Streamline repetitive creative and marketing tasks
• Assist in generating captions, variations, and campaign ideas
• Integrate AI into the creative process to improve efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to build automated content pipelines 🚀 Performance Marketing Support - Design conversion-focused creatives for:
• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Google Display
• LinkedIn campaigns
• Work closely with marketing team to improve CTR and ROI 🧠 Brand & Creative Strategy - Translate brand vision into premium visuals
• Stay updated with luxury and digital content trends
• Proactively suggest creative ideas and campaign improvements 📊 Project Management & Collaboration - Manage tasks and workflows using Asana
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and leadership teams
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives aligned with campaign deadlines 🛠️ Skills & Requirements🎨 Must-Have:
• 3+ years experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing
• Strong portfolio (luxury, automotive, travel, or premium brands preferred)
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• Experience with video production and editing tools
• Experience creating UGC ads and performance creatives
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as n8n and Claude 💡 Good to Have:

• Knowledge of ad performance metrics (CTR, conversions)
