We're seeking a detail-oriented financial professional to join our team as a part-time Junior Accountant and help support our finance department. In exchange for your hard work, you earn $18.00 - $22.00/hour.

WHAT A DAY AS OUR JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT LOOKS LIKE

As our part-time Junior Accountant, you are the backbone of our finance department! Every day, you tackle a variety of accounting and bookkeeping challenges to assist our clients and ensure all information is accurate. From producing indirect cost reports and reviewing bank and credit card statements to managing accounts and preparing monthly invoices, you play a critical part in our company's success. You also help manage payroll reports as well as complete journal entries for payroll, deprecation, and monthly accruals.

You report your activities to your lead on a regular basis and keep them updated on your progress. Upholding a friendly and helpful attitude, you develop positive relationships with our clients and provide them with the best service you can. As a bonus, you can sometimes perform these duties while you work from home. You take pride in the positive impacts you make on our company and our clients!

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Associate degree OR current pursuit of a bachelor's in accounting or finance
• Some professional bookkeeping experience
• Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

This part-time position typically works during the hours of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with flexible scheduling available. You can also sometimes work from home!
