Finance Accounting Manager-IT Solutions & Services

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a similar industry such as IT services, system integration, cloud, or technology solutions companies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting operations (AP, AR, GL)

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Track project-wise revenue, costs, and profitability

Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors

Oversee payroll and reimbursements

Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making

Support pricing and financial planning for IT projects

Requirements

Degree in Finance/Accounting (CA/MBA preferred)

4–7 years of experience in IT services / technology / system integration companies (MANDATORY)

Strong understanding of project accounting and service-based revenue models

Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

Strong analytical and organizational skills
