Business Analyst Digital / Portal Development-Insurance Domain-Remote

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience , preferably from the insurance or financial services domain , to drive requirement gathering and solution design for digital/portal development initiatives. The ideal candidate should be with strong expertise in requirements engineering, API integrations, and Agile delivery , and the ability to collaborate with business, UX, and technical teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional non-functional requirements .
• Prepare process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
• Collaborate with UX teams to ensure customer-centric and intuitive portal design .
• Work closely with technical teams on API integrations, data flows, and system interactions .
• Support SIT UAT , including test scenario preparation and validation.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements across design, development, and testing phases.
• Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for clarifications on business requirements during development.

Knowledge Skills Required:

• Strong experience in customer journey mapping and requirements engineering .
• Hands-on exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies .
• Good understanding of API-based integrations, workflows, and self-service portals .
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

• CBAP / CCBA / Agile BA Certification
