Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience , preferably from the insurance or financial services domain , to drive requirement gathering and solution design for digital/portal development initiatives. The ideal candidate should be with strong expertise in requirements engineering, API integrations, and Agile delivery , and the ability to collaborate with business, UX, and technical teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.
- Elicit, document, and validate functional non-functional requirements .
- Prepare process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure customer-centric and intuitive portal design .
- Work closely with technical teams on API integrations, data flows, and system interactions .
- Support SIT UAT , including test scenario preparation and validation.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements across design, development, and testing phases.
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for clarifications on business requirements during development.
Knowledge Skills Required:
- Strong experience in customer journey mapping and requirements engineering .
- Hands-on exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies .
- Good understanding of API-based integrations, workflows, and self-service portals .
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
- CBAP / CCBA / Agile BA Certification
