Clinical Pharmacist

• Review and monitor patient medications and prescriptions
• Support doctors in safe and effective drug therapy
• Check drug interactions, dosage, and medication safety
• Counsel patients regarding medication usage and side effects
• Maintain pharmacy records and medication reports
• Coordinate with medical and nursing teams for patient care
• Ensure compliance with hospital and pharmacy regulations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
