IT Recruiter / HR Executive - IT Recruitment

Lead end-to-end IT hiring across senior and niche roles. Work with hiring managers to understand requirements, source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure timely closures.

Required Candidate profile

10–15 years of experience in IT recruitment / talent acquisition. Strong stakeholder management, leadership hiring, vendor handling, and end-to-end recruitment experience. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
