Role: Part-Time Maths & Science Teacher (Grades 9–10 | Remote)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Maths & Science Teacher to join our remote teaching team. This part-time role focuses on delivering engaging, concept-driven lessons to students in Grades 9 and 10, ensuring strong academic foundations and improved learning outcomes.

Teaching Mode

• Classes will be conducted strictly in English
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple, and student-friendly manner
• Encourage interactive discussions, doubt-solving, and real-life application-based learning
• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging and interactive online classes in Mathematics and Science (Physics focus preferred)
• Design and deliver structured lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs
• Use visual aids, simulations, and real-life examples to enhance conceptual clarity
• Regularly assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment
• Support students in building confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong subject expertise in Mathematics and Science
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or a related field
• 3–10 years of teaching experience (preferably Grades 9–10)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver personalized, student-centric instruction in an online environment
• Strong understanding of NEP 2020 and the NCERT curriculum
• Technical & Additional Requirements
• Familiarity with digital tools like Desmos and GeoGebra
• Experience with simulations such as OLabs and PhET Labs
• Access to a laptop with a pen tablet/writing pad
• Reliable high-speed internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in online teaching

Comfortable with modern ed-tech tools and interactive teaching methodologies
