Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic, multi-faceted leader to oversee the brand.
- This role is unique: it requires a master of premium Indian full-service hospitality who also possesses the commercial acumen to drive B2B growth.
- You will be responsible for maintaining impeccable service standards while aggressively pursuing and managing contractual relationships with DMCs, travel partners, and corporate entities.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Operational Efficiency : Managing overheads, sta ing levels, and resource allocation.

- Guest Experience : Overseeing the "on-the-floor" journey for both FIT (Free Independent Travelers) and Group guests.
- Team Leadership &
- Training : Upskilling sta in premium service etiquette and Indian culinary storytelling.
- B2B &
- DMC Partnership Development : Expanding the network of travel agents, tour operators, and event planners.
- Contractual Management &
- Compliance : Ensuring all B2B SLAs are negotiated, signed, and legally/financially sound.
- Brand Positioning &
- Equity : Maintaining Spice Mantraas reputation as a "Premium Indian Full Service" destination.
- Revenue Growth &
- Yield Management : Maximizing seat turnover and average check size through strategic booking.
- Stakeholder Communication : Acting as the bridge between COO, culinary teams, and external corporate partners.
- Market Intelligence : Monitoring competitor pricing and Bali tourism trends (DMC shifts, flight patterns).
- Financial Accountability : Managing budgets for B2B activations and marketing e orts KPI Metric Target Goal

Required Qualifications &
- Skills : -
- Premium Indian Dining Experience: A deep understanding of authentic, high-end Indian cuisine and service rituals is essential. International experience in this sector is highly recommended.
- B2B Expertise: Proven track record in managing DMC relations and executing complex
- B2B sales cycles within the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Contractual Savvy: Strong ability to navigate legal and financial terms in business contracts.
- Communication: Exceptional command of English (both written and verbal) with the ability to present to corporate stakeholders.
- Organization: High level of proficiency in CRM tools, reservation systems, and productivity software.
