Academic Coordinator (Aerospace Domain) (India)

Overview

WIIA is looking for a agile and motivated Academy Counsellor to join our Marketing

Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students,

supporting admissions, and actively participating in marketing and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide students about courses, career opportunities, and admissions.

Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads.

Maintain follow-up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

Participate in marketing activities such as seminars, school/college visits, education fairs,

and events.

Support digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Maintain student records, reports, and daily activity logs.

Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional strategies.

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling, sales, or education-related roles.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
