The platform helps people stay informed about local news, events, and incidents happening in their village, mandal, or district, directly from local sources and administration. Role Description Were looking for a Junior UI/UX & Graphic Designer with strong visual fundamentals who is excited to work on a real consumer product at scale. who understands user context, thinks in components and systems, communicates clearly, and is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Youll collaborate closely with product and growth teams to deliver clean, thoughtful, and high-quality visual outputs that improve user experience and support product growth while growing into a stronger, well-rounded designer over time

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine mobile app screens in Figma
• Create in-app visuals, UI states, banners, and reusable components
• Design marketing creatives and campaign assets
• Create graphics, icons, and brand illustrations
• Maintain visual consistency across the app and brand
• Organize and maintain clean, production-ready Figma files and components
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, experiments, and evolving requirements
• Use AI and latest design tools to improve speed and quality of execution

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in visual / UI design
• Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and alignment
• Awareness of UI states, usability basics, and interface consistency
• Ability to think in components rather than one-off screens
• Understanding of brand systems and visual coherence
• Ability to translate business and product requirements into clear visual solutions
• Strong communication skills ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate efficiently
• Comfortable using AI-assisted tools (e.g., generative image tools, AI copy support) to improve workflow efficiency
• Strong attention to detail and visual quality standards
• Working knowledge of Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Portfolio showcasing strong app/digital work (mandatory)

Good to have

• Experience working on consumer apps
• Exposure to design systems and deeper UX thinking
• Basic understanding of motion or interaction design
• Brand design knowledge is a bonus
• Familiarity with regional languages such as Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada is a plus

Compensation

5 8L per annum + 6L ESOPs
