  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
  • Book travel arrangements for technicians

  • Proficiency in administrative tasks with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in front desk operations or as a clerk is preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and human resources processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $21.49-$22.57 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
