**Job Summary**

- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
- Book travel arrangements for technicians

- Proficiency in administrative tasks with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in front desk operations or as a clerk is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and human resources processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $21.49-$22.57 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
