PTBS is a growing consulting firm supporting MSMEs with financial services like Business Loans, CC, TL, and CGTMSE, along with marketing and HR solutions. We focus on simplifying business processes and helping clients grow efficiently.

1. Marketing Executive (Field Work)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field visits to generate MSME business leads
  • Promote financial products (Business Loans, CC, TL, CGTMSE)
  • Build strong network with business owners & industries
  • Client meetings, follow-ups & relationship management
  • Coordinate with internal team for deal closures

Requirements

  • Strong communication & convincing skills
  • Willingness to travel for field work
  • Target-oriented & self-motivated
  • Basic understanding of finance/loans (preferred)

2. Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding & finalization of Balance Sheet & P&L
  • GST reconciliation (GSTR-1 vs 3B)
  • Bank reconciliation & financial data management
  • Work on financial reports using Excel

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Financial Management
  • Good command over Excel
  • Attention to detail & analytical mindset

3.CMA / CA – Financial Analyst (Project & CMA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of

CMA reports & project reports

for loan proposals

  • Financial projections, ratio analysis & working capital assessment
  • Coordination with team for financial reports
  • Support in preparing documents for CC, TL & CGTMSE cases

Requirements

  • CA / CMA (Qualified / Semi-qualified / Experienced candidates)
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements & projections
  • Experience in loan file preparation (preferred)
  • Good analytical & documentation skills

4. HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
  • Candidate sourcing, screening & coordination
  • Maintain employee records & HR documentation
  • Support employee engagement & HR operations
  • Internal team activities

Requirements

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Basic HR knowledge & coordination ability
  • Organized & people-oriented approach
