The Regulatory Compliance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and supporting the organization’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, and internal policies. This role partners with business, legal, risk management, and internal audit teams to identify compliance risks, support regulatory change management, and help ensure effective compliance controls across the organization.

The Regulatory Compliance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and supporting the organization’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, and internal policies. This role partners with business, legal, risk management, and internal audit teams to identify compliance risks, support regulatory change management, and help ensure effective compliance controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Monitoring & Advisory

  • Track and analyze applicable laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, and enforcement actions
  • Assess regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business guidance

Compliance Risk Assessment

  • Support enterprise and product‑level compliance risk assessments
  • Identify gaps between regulatory requirements and existing controls
  • Assist in defining mitigating actions and remediation plans

Policies, Procedures & Controls

  • Contribute to the development, review, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
  • Ensure policies align with regulatory expectations and industry best practices
  • Support control design, implementation, and documentation

Monitoring, Testing & Reporting

  • Conduct compliance monitoring and testing activities
  • Analyze findings, document results, and track remediation actions
  • Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for senior management

Regulatory Exams & Audits

  • Support regulatory examinations, audits, and supervisory reviews
  • Assist in drafting regulatory responses and managing information requests
  • Track commitments and ensure timely closure of regulatory actions

Training & Awareness

  • Support compliance training programs and regulatory awareness initiatives
  • Respond to compliance‑related queries from business teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Engineering (B.tech/B.E. with good academic record in graduation)
  • 0-3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, legal, or audit
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to the Manufacturing industry (e.g., Nuclear, data protection, NIS2, ISO 27001, CRA etc.)
  • Experience interpreting regulations and applying them to business processes
  • Familiarity with compliance management systems
