Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Growth Manager to join our on-site team in Virar.

The Growth

Manager will drive business development and implement strategies to expand PowerMitra’s presence in the solar energy market. This role includes analyzing market data, building relationships with stakeholders, leading sales initiatives, coordinating projects effectively, and identifying growth opportunities.

Manager will play a key role in achieving our mission of increasing solar adoption across India.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture professional relationships
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Experience in Leadership and Project Management to ensure effective planning, execution, and successful delivery of initiatives
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a business-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with solar energy or renewable energy sector is a strong advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field
