We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software on desktops and laptops
• Resolve network connectivity issues and troubleshoot network problems
• Maintain and update inventory of hardware and software
• Assist with the setup and configuration of new equipment and software
• Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and software
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
