Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Potomac Outdoor LivingJob Description
EMPLOYER-PAID HEALTH INSURANCE + UP TO 10% ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS
Do you want to work for an employer that genuinely empowers you to own your function, but doesn't leave you out to dry and call it ownership?
ARQ is offering, in addition to a competitive salary, employer-paid health insurance, and a bonus plan, the opportunity to be genuinely supported in your growth.
Working at ARQ you'll notice:
- We eliminate friction, not just work around it. Construction is full of very common technical and administrative barriers. We invest in the right technology and processes to remove those barriers for good, without over-engineering solutions that create new problems.
- We lead, not hover. We hire great people, set them up for success, and stay genuinely available when you need us. You'll have real autonomy and real support instead of a sink-or-swim environment.
- We recognize great work explicitly. If you're delivering, you'll know it. We recognize and reward good performance. We believe in clear, consistent positive reinforcement so you always have a confident read on where you stand.
