We’re looking for a

Brand Solutions Strategist

who turns business problems into clear, actionable brand and campaign strategies, working closely with clients and creative teams to deliver insight-led, result-driven ideas.

Experience: 3–6 years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities-

Decode client briefs into clear strategic direction

Build brand positioning, communication frameworks, and campaign strategies

Identify consumer and category insights through research and observation

Write sharp creative briefs that inspire great work

Partner with creative, social, and media teams to shape ideas

Lead strategy for new pitches and key campaigns

Review performance and extract clear learnings for future work

What You Need-

3–6 years of experience in brand strategy / planning (agency preferred)

Strong understanding of branding, content, social, and digital platforms

Ability to simplify complex problems into one clear idea

Strong presentation and storytelling skills
