Lead Carpenter - Residential Remodeling

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lead Carpenter to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well on-site, and is interested in growing into a larger role within the company over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality carpentry work across a range of residential remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, additions, etc.)
• Assist the Project Manager with on-site coordination and daily job site activities
• Meet and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is completed on schedule and to standard
• Help manage job site workflow, materials, and sequencing of trades
• Participate in inspections and develop familiarity with local building requirements as skills grow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Requirements

• Own transportation (truck or van preferred)
• Own tools appropriate for residential carpentry work
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and punctual

Compensation

• $25–$40 per hour, based on experience and skill set
• Consistent, steady work with a full pipeline of projects
