Hiring Creative Director in Dombivli, Maharashtra Location

Job Description

To lead the visual, emotional, and storytelling direction of our brand across all content platforms—Instagram, YouTube, Paid Ads, Webinars, Courses, and beyond.

You’ll guide a team of editors, designers, and strategists to create bold, scroll-stopping, retention-optimized content that drives both influence and income.

Define and lead the brand’s visual and emotional tone

Translate marketing goals into high-converting creatives

Build frameworks for viral reels, thumbnails, YouTube hooks, ad scripts, etc.

Lead visual storytelling across all touchpoints: social, website, funnel, email

Content Direction & Oversight:

• Mentor and manage a team of video editors, designers, and content writers
• Review content, give clear feedback, and push for excellence
• Innovate creative formats, A/B test styles, evolve brand templates
• Ensure every visual has clarity, depth, speed, and soul

Collaboration:

• Work closely with Siddharth, scripting team, marketing, and course leads
• Turn content strategy into performance-ready visual executions
• Bring together emotion, science, and storytelling
• 3–4 years* in creative roles with leadership or direction experience
• Strong editing/design portfolio across short & long-form
• Experience with YouTube-first, Instagram-native formats
• Proficiency in *Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma*
• Obsessed with *storytelling, hooks, emotion, and viewer psychology*
• Have worked with a personal brand, coach, or influencer
• Understand funnel psychology & high-ticket content marketing
• Can write content briefs, hooks, or marketing angles
• Stay updated with content trends and emotional behavior science
• Creative control over one of India’s fastest-growing brands
