As the Supply Chain Operations Engineer, you will optimize manufacturing supply chain performance by designing, analyzing, and improving material flow, production planning, inventory, and scheduling systems across plants. You will bridge planning and execution while partnering closely with scheduling, logistics, manufacturing, and operations teams to implement sustainable improvements.

What You'll Do
- I
dentify inefficiencies across scheduling, logistics, and manufacturing operations and drive meaningful change by challenging existing processes and implementing improved solutions.
- Optimize production planning, scheduling, material flow, line balancing, and inventory management to improve throughput, capacity utilization, and on‑time delivery.
- Analyze production constraints, lead times, and operational data to support better decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and leverage Power BI dashboards and operational KPIs to monitor performance and uncover improvement opportunities.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering tools.
- Support ERP/MRP accuracy and contribute to system enhancements, including scheduling tools and integrated operational systems.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams, including training and supporting users on new tools, systems, and SOPs.
- Support new product introductions and game management processes by ensuring operational feasibility and supply chain readiness.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Systems, or Supply Chain Engineering).
- APICS certification required
(CPIM or CSCP).
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or plant‑based supply chain environment.
- Strong working knowledge of MRP, production planning, inventory management, and capacity planning.
- Experience applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with business analyis and/or S&OP planning software (e.g SAP IBP, Arkieva, Power BI,etc) tools is an asset.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems; exposure to scheduling systems, CMMS, LMS, or integrated operational systems is an asset.
- Ability to work on the plant floor and collaborate directly with manufacturing teams.
