About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce & Marketing Specialist to support our online sales channels and marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for managing website content, ecommerce and marketplace platforms, product launches, and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and has hands-on experience with Shopify, online marketplaces, digital advertising, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Home Depot, Best Buy, and other retail marketplaces. Maintain PDP, pricing strategy, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and sales.
• Update website content, landing pages, FAQs, and product pages
• Support SEO, AEO, and GEO content optimization initiatives.
• Initiate new product launches, customer education initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Develop marketing materials, promotional content, and sales support assets.
• Monitor and optimize Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) performance.
• Support trade shows, events, sponsorships, and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Experience with Shopify and marketplace platforms
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Merchant center, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.
• Strong written communication and project coordination skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Agency experience is preferred, with the ability to manage projects, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
