Become a key player in compensation strategy as a Compensation Partner. Work alongside HR teams to implement innovative compensation practices that attract and retain talent across Canada and the U.S.
In this collaborative role, you'll partner with various teams to formulate solutions on compensation-related issues. Your responsibilities include evaluating job levels, analyzing compensation data, and supporting the annual compensation cycle. Engage with business leaders to provide insights that enhance decision-making related to compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of compensation programs effectively
- Advise on relocation requests and retention strategies
- Conduct job evaluations and market analysis
- Collaborate with HR for data accuracy
- Participate in annual compensation surveys
Requirements
- Previous experience advising client groups on compensation
- Knowledge of compensation practices and trends
- Strong Excel skills for data manipulation
- Experience working with large data sets
- Preferred: CCP designation, industry experience
