We are currently seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our operations team in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Work with an experienced logistics team handling both domestic and international freight operations.

Position Overview:

The Logistics Support Representative plays an important role in supporting daily transportation operations for customer accounts. This position works closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments, monitor transportation activity, and ensure efficient execution of managed transportation services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple tasks, and working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage transportation shipments between suppliers, carriers, and customers
• Utilize the MyPNGLC transportation management system (TMS) to support daily operations
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within the TMS platform
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers regarding shipment status
• Manage multiple accounts while ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements
• Identify and resolve transportation issues or delays quickly and effectively
• Assist in evaluating logistics processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in trucking operations, dispatch, freight brokerage, or supply chain logistics is strongly valued.
• Familiarity with logistics software or transportation management systems is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
