And it’s how we’re reinventing what’s possible every day.</span></p></div><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Seeking an experienced, energetic and collaborative Engineering Program Manager to define and drive product success for our cloud based service platform.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">They will be able to lead multiple simultaneous projects or programs that are complex and are able to develop recovery strategies for those that stray from their plan while being part of the collaborative, and fun loving team at a rapidly growing organization.</span></p> <p>Plume develops and deploys cloud based control planes with scale to manage 10’s of millions of customer homes through some of the world’s largest ISPs. Plume cloud applications include WiFi network management and optimization, device access control, network provisioning and end customer user interaction through mobile apps.&nbsp;Our focus is on the home market and we support B2B and B2C product offerings.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Design, build and maintain the project plan including scope, schedule and risk management</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive execution and demonstrate end to end ownership of complex, technical programs to successful completion</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive deep collaboration across a network of critical dependencies&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead cross functional project meetings and milestone reviews</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deliver executive communication and drive the decision-making process</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage stakeholder and team communications and updates</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop roadmaps and development milestones for projects based on input from Product teams</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor progress to plan and design a recovery strategy if project deviates from baseline plan</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">BS degree (or relevant/industry standard experience to match) with 10+ years of experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working in rapidly growing organizations</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must have strong technical background and Hands on experience in software development. Strong preference for candidate transitioned from lead development into Program Management&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead end-to-end program execution for initiatives such as feature development, interoperability, performance optimization, certification. working closely with firmware, driver, hardware, QA, and product teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must have prior experience working in the Wi-Fi domain and be able to understand and engage in technical discussions related to Wi-Fi protocols, features, performance issues, and firmware architecture.
