Lab Technician

1. Laboratory Maintenance

• Ensure proper upkeep and cleanliness of the laboratory at all times.
• Maintain all lab instruments and equipment in good working condition.
• Perform routine checks to identify any faults or maintenance needs.

2. Instrument Handling & Upkeep

• Clean and maintain laboratory instruments as per standard procedures.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and coordinate repairs when required.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of sensitive equipment.

3. Labeling & Organization

• Accurately label all apparatus, chemicals, and samples.
• Maintain systematic arrangement of lab materials for easy accessibility.
• Ensure proper identification to avoid mix-ups or contamination.

4. Software & Technical Support

• Handle installation and updates of instrument-related software.
• Ensure systems are functioning properly and support basic IT-related lab requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for advanced technical issues if needed.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all laboratory safety guidelines and protocols.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals and waste.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

6. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain records of instrument maintenance, cleaning schedules, and updates.
• Log software updates, repairs, and calibration activities.
• Support audit and inspection processes with proper documentation.

7. Support to Lab Operations

• Assist chemists and senior staff in routine lab activities.
• Ensure availability of required materials and tools for daily operations.

Help in smooth functioning of overall laboratory processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
