As a Membership Sales Representative, you contribute directly to this mission by helping create a friendly, encouraging, and positive experience for everyone who enters the club.

Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you ensure smooth front desk operations and deliver excellent customer service to enhance the overall member experience. You serve as a primary point of contact, helping members and guests while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

• Welcome members, guests, and prospective members with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Answer incoming calls and provide clear, accurate, and helpful information.
• Process member check-ins and maintain accurate records in club systems.
• Assist with new member registration and onboarding processes.
• Conduct guided tours of the facility for prospective members.
• Update and maintain member account information as needed.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
• Support daily cleanliness and organization of the club environment.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and friendly atmosphere through clear communication.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use front desk systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to actively listen, show empathy, and resolve issues effectively.
• Professional behavior with strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent work attendance.
• Interest in fitness, health, and wellness environments.
• Positive and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand and move for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
• Comfort working around standard cleaning supplies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or front desk roles is preferred.
