Role and Responsibilities:

The Front Desk Coordinator plays a key role in assisting with new member enrollment and ensuring a positive experience for members, guests, and prospective members. This position helps establish a welcoming environment from the moment someone enters the club. Responsibilities include:

• Greet and engage members, guests, and prospective members in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle front desk responsibilities, including answering calls, conducting tours, assisting with check-ins, new memberships, cancellations, amenity use, and account updates
• Respond to member questions or service concerns and escalate to the Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead as needed
• Support the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the club in line with Planet Fitness standards

Required Skills and Experience:

• Integrity and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency

• Ability to actively listen, empathize, and collaborate with members to resolve concerns
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to seek guidance when necessary
