Construction Procurement Specialist Role

Become a key player as a Construction Procurement Specialist, focusing on sourcing strategies for intricate ICI projects. This position emphasizes the coordination of sourcing large construction materials and equipment as you analyze and secure proposals. You will effectively handle Non-Disclosure Agreements and oversee supplier commitments following purchase orders. Strong communication skills are required to collaborate with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate RFx process for large equipment sourcing
• Analyze proposals, negotiating terms and pricing
• Draft Non-Disclosure Agreements as needed
• Evaluate materials to ensure compliance with specifications
• Manage supplier commitments post-order issuance Requirements:
• Business or engineering degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years in complex construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
