- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
- Design, develop, and implement new production systems and workflows using lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed engineering changes.
- Develop and maintain production standards, metrics, and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of improvements.
- Manage engineering projects from conception through implementation, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
