Role Overview

We are hiring a Paralegal to support the legal team across corporate, contracts, litigation, and compliance work. The role combines strong research with the operational discipline that keeps legal moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review routine commercial agreements and amendments
• Manage corporate records, board minutes, and entity filings
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries
• Support litigation and dispute matters with discovery and document management
• Maintain contract repositories, signature workflows, and CLM hygiene
• Partner with attorneys on diligence, transactions, and compliance projects

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years as a paralegal in a firm or in-house legal team
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent education
• Strong drafting, research, and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with CLM, e-signature, and legal research platforms
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Discretion when handling confidential information
