Job Title: Paid Media Specialist / Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented paid media professional with strong experience in managing performance and branding campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The candidate should be confident in campaign strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and client communication. This role requires someone who can independently manage accounts, analyze performance data, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct campaign and account audits during client onboarding.
  • Set up and structure accounts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and relevant paid media platforms.
  • Implement standardized campaign naming conventions and account hygiene practices.
  • Develop performance-driven media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences, customer segments, and suitable media channels.
  • Create media plans using internal data, competitor insights, and industry trends.
  • Launch and manage campaigns with clear targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategies.
  • Optimize campaigns regularly for CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and budget efficiency.
  • Manage branding and awareness campaigns with clear reporting on reach, impressions, CPM, and visibility metrics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking, pixel implementation, tag troubleshooting, and attribution setup.
  • Prepare client-ready reports and participate in regular performance review discussions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align paid campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
  • Manage multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously with strong ownership.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Native / Publisher advertising.
  • Experience handling both performance marketing and branding campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, conversions, reach, and impressions.
  • Good knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, bidding strategies, and campaign scaling.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or other reporting / visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.

Preferred Profile:

  • Candidate with exposure to multi-platform paid media campaigns across different industries.
  • Experience managing moderate to high campaign spends.
  • Well-rounded marketer with strength in at least one major platform and working knowledge of others.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice period preferred.
