Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruiting, scheduling, and staff development to maintain strong service coverage

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams toward excellent customer service
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable analyzing service performance and implementing improvements
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting
