Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and confident

Client Communication Specialist

to manage client interactions, understand project requirements, maintain smooth communication, and ensure an excellent client experience throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client communication through WhatsApp, email, calls, and meetings
• Understand client requirements and explain company services clearly
• Coordinate with the design and strategy team for smooth project execution
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding project updates
• Manage client onboarding and collect necessary project information
• Build long-term professional relationships with clients
• Resolve client queries professionally and efficiently
• Ensure timely communication and high client satisfaction
• Maintain organized records of client conversations and project status

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English & Hindi communication skills
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
• Professional and polite communication style
• Basic understanding of startups, business presentations, or pitch decks is a plus
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Experience in customer support, sales communication, or client handling preferred
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and Zoom
