Job Description

As an Admin Senior Executive at Piramal Group, your role will involve supporting the smooth functioning of the R&D department by performing various administrative duties. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office operations including maintaining and organizing the office space.
  • Handling office supplies, inventory management, and procurement.
  • Coordinating office maintenance and repair requests.
  • Providing administrative assistance to senior management and various departments.
  • Managing Housekeeping and Security staff on-site.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinating between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues promptly.
  • Organizing meetings, conferences, and corporate events, including logistics and catering arrangements.
  • Managing document filing systems and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assisting in the preparation and processing of legal, financial, and HR documentation.
  • Performing any additional administrative tasks as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate from any field from a reputed institution.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar role in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
