Senior Project Finance Analyst

Location: Arlington, Virginia, or Minneapolis, Minnesota (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Project Finance Analyst who will play a critical role in building and supporting financial models across the company’s solar and storage portfolio. This individual will support tax equity processes, support broader project finance initiatives, and work closely with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project finance models to support investment decisions and transaction execution across solar and storage assets
• Lead analytical workstreams for tax equity and debt financings, including structuring, sensitivity analysis, and return optimization
• Support the full lifecycle of project finance transactions, from initial modeling through financial close
• Interface directly with tax equity investors, lenders, legal counsel, and external advisors throughout transaction processes
• Partner cross-functionally with development, legal, and executive teams to align financial strategy with project execution
• Take ownership of transaction timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project finance experience within renewables, with a strong preference for solar and storage
• Strong grasp of project finance fundamentals, including IRRs, cash flow waterfalls, and capital structuring
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate independently in an execution-focused role
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both internal stakeholders and external counterparties
