Position: Organizational Development (OD) Analyst
Location: Chennai | 5 days at office (mandatory)

Job Summary
The Organizational Development Analyst is a key role within Pinnacle Group's (PG) HR Advisory & Consulting practice. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing tools, templates, and frameworks tailored to client requirements, while also deploying PG's proprietary S.H.A.R.P. Transformation Framework where relevant. The OD Analyst will work across diverse industries and organizational maturities, partnering with clients, internal subject matter experts, and global teams to deliver high-impact solutions, enabling PG and client organizations to achieve measurable business outcomes and future-ready HR capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
A. Organization Assessments
- Conduct operating model diagnostics adopting the trademark frameworks developed by PG.
- Deliver HR maturity studies and readiness assessments using PG's India-led benchmarking framework (12 People Practice COEs).
- Map current-state processes, identify pain points, and recommend interventions to improve efficiency and alignment.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership teams.
B. Transformation Roadmaps
- Support the development of future-state HR target operating models aligned to SHARP Transformation Framework.
- Conduct change impact analysis, risk assessments, and stakeholder mapping leveraging the proprietary MAPPS inventory.
- Assist in building transformation playbooks, implementation timelines, and measurement dashboards.
- Track progress of transformation initiatives against agreed milestones and success metrics.
C. Global Expansion Support
- Provide advisory support for organizations expanding into India and APAC markets.
- Assist with HR setup, workforce planning, mobility, and compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-border teams to deliver end-to-end HR support for new market entries.
D. People Practices COE Design & Delivery
- Support design and rollout of COEs across Talent, Engagement, Learning, Performance, Rewards, and HR Technology.
- Develop OD interventions, culture alignment programs, and leadership enablement toolkits.
- Collaborate on team-building workshops, capability building sessions, and HR technology adoption programs.
Qualification:
Postgraduate degree in HR or Business from a reputed institute. Certificate on Organization Development or Change Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
2-4 years in OD or HR Consulting or HR Transformation; exposure to India/APAC practices is desirable.

Technical Skills:
- Strong in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Smartsheet for project management and collaboration.
- Tableau for data visualization and analytics.
- Knowledge of Psychometric Assessments/HRIS-HRMS-HCM/Executive Coaching will be added advantage.
Consulting Skills:
- Ability to conduct structured analysis, prepare client-ready deliverables, and present to stakeholders.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
