Remote Customer Service Representative – Trades Industry (CST)
Pink Callers is a ServiceTitan Certified call center providing remote customer service support for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service companies across the U.S. We support multiple clients at once and operate in a fast-paced, highly organized environment where clear communication and reliability matter.
This is a fully remote position. Applicants must reside in the Central Time Zone (CST).
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls for home service clients
- Provide professional, friendly customer service
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Build positive, professional relationships with clients by providing consistent, high-quality support
- Navigate multiple systems while supporting multiple clients
- Represent client brands with consistency and care

Schedule & Availability
We hire great people first and build schedules that work for both our team and our clients. Our team operates Monday through Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM CST. Specific shifts vary and will be discussed during the interview process.

- Hourly pay ranging from $15–$18 , based on experience
