Pie in the Sky is a gourmet pizza and %50 vegan restaurant featuring hand crafted pizzas, pastas, calzones, wings and hand-crafted cocktails. We are searching for passionate hospitality-driven applicants to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage & Food Service: Prepare cocktails, beer, and wine according to recipes, take food orders, and serve both at the bar or in assigned sections.
• Customer Interaction: Greet guests, offer recommendations, provide prompt service, and handle payments (cash/cards/tabs).
• Bar Maintenance: Stock inventory, prepare garnishes, clean glassware, and sanitize equipment.
• Compliance & Safety: Check identification, monitor for over-intoxication, and follow all alcohol service laws and sanitation standards.
• Collaboration: Work with kitchen staff and servers to ensure efficient service.
• Operational Tasks: Open/close the bar, manage inventory, and process transactions efficiently.

Required Skills

• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of drink recipes, mixers, and garnishes.
• Efficiency: Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure during busy times.
• Interpersonal Skills: Personable, friendly, and able to build rapport with regulars.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in mixing drinks and balancing the cash drawer
• Experience: Candidate must have minimum 6 years of front of the house experince with minimum 3 references.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
