RRole - Manager - Key accounts (SSR)

Location - Delhi

Job Description -

KKAM for special structural repairs segment, will bridge technical expertise with business acumen, identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth by translating technical solutions into viable business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities:
  • Identify potential clients, Users and Specifiers for business development and emerging trends to upgrade solutions.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients, specifiers and users.

  • Generate leads and qualify prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with clients, Users and specifiers understanding their needs and challenges.

  • Provide technical expertise and solutions to address client & Specifiers needs
  • Identifying , on boarding, training and engaging the Users.

  • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Development Strategy:
  • Develop user network, training and engagement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, engineering) to align on goals and strategies.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential clients and partners.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Possess a strong understanding of engineering principles and technologies.

  • Translate technical solutions into business terms and vice versa.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.

  • Track and analyze sales data and performance metrics.

  • Prepare reports and presentations to management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering with relevant experience od Repair and refurbishment segment with strong background of CC products.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably with business development or sales experience.
  • Skills:
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Understanding of business development principles and strategies.
  • Work experience with major repair contractors or product specialist in CC industry for repair business.
