Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer (SRE Level 2) to manage and support core network infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, automation, change execution, and handling escalations in a high-availability environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in enterprise networking, automation using Python/Ansible, and exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle ServiceNow tickets (incident, change, problem management)
- Perform L2 network troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Manage escalations and ensure SLA compliance
- Execute network configuration changes across devices
- Work on Arista, Cisco, Gigamon, and F5 platforms
- Support SDN environments
- Automate tasks using Python and Ansible
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Terraform)
- Ensure network reliability, availability, and performance
