Job Description
UX/UI Designer
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with a deep understanding of user behavior and usability principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.). Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve designs. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing. Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG). Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with motion design and micro-interactions. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers. Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role. Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
