Role Overview:
As a Mobile Application Tech Lead specialized in Android/iOS/Kotlin, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end development for native iOS or Android platforms, with a preference for cross-platform experience using Kotlin Multi Platform (KMP). Your main focus will be on collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, driving design decisions, ensuring code quality, and contributing to strategic planning for program increments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mobile applications across iOS or Android platforms, with a preference for cross-platform experience using Kotlin Multi Platform (KMP)
- Collaborate with Scrum teams to finalize user stories, review code, and maintain high-quality standards
- Provide guidance and coaching on design principles and best practices
- Engage with stakeholders (Senior Architects, Product Owners) to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Plan Program Increments (PI) with a 3-month horizon, including resource allocation and scheduling
- Own architecture and feature-level requirements, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of software architecture
- Apply I2M architecture principles and ensure integration with AD and PDLM suites
- Optional: Apply knowledge of healthcare standards (DICOM, HL7) for compliance and integration
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, design, architecture, and QA
