Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to support lead generation, outreach, and client acquisition. This is a commission based role designed for someone who wants unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to grow into a larger sales position. This role is not about being handed leads. It’s about creating opportunities, starting conversations, and closing business.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound outreach (calls, email, social, networking)
- Identify and qualify potential clients aligned with PHENYX services
- Schedule and assist in sales calls and discovery meetings
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain communication
- Track outreach, conversations, and pipeline activity
- Collaborate with internal team to align on services and offerings
- Assist in building and refining sales processes over time

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self motivated with a high level of personal accountability
- Comfortable with outreach and starting conversations
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Driven by performance and results
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous sales, customer service, or marketing experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems
- Interest in marketing, branding, or digital services
Work Structure
- Hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote work
- Must be available to work in-office as needed for training, collaboration, and team alignment
- Flexible schedule based on performance and output
