Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to support lead generation, outreach, and client acquisition. This is a commission based role designed for someone who wants unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to grow into a larger sales position. This role is not about being handed leads. It’s about creating opportunities, starting conversations, and closing business.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound outreach (calls, email, social, networking)
• Identify and qualify potential clients aligned with PHENYX services
• Schedule and assist in sales calls and discovery meetings
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain communication
• Track outreach, conversations, and pipeline activity
• Collaborate with internal team to align on services and offerings
• Assist in building and refining sales processes over time

• Comfortable with outreach and starting conversations
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous sales, customer service, or marketing experience
• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems
• Interest in marketing, branding, or digital services

Work Structure

• Hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote work
• Must be available to work in-office as needed for training, collaboration, and team alignment
