In this role, you will design, build, and scale AI agents and analytics solutions that turn manual or semi-structured business workflows into governed, business-ready automations. You will work across the Microsoft ecosystem (including Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power BI), Snowflake, and modern BI platforms to help clients unlock value from generative AI and data. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT, data, and security teams to deliver high-quality solutions and advance phData’s delivery excellence.</p> <hr> <h2 class="_9k2iva0 p8i6j0c _1ibi0s314 heading2 _9k2iva1">Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3 class="_9k2iva0 p8i6j0c _1ibi0s314 heading3 _9k2iva1"><strong>Client Delivery</strong></h3> <ul class="p8i6j07 p8i6j02"> <li class="p8i6j0a">Own and drive the design, build, and deployment of AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for high-impact enterprise workflows and business roles.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Translate manual or semi-structured business workflows into autonomous agents using low-code/no-code tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Implement agentic behaviors, including planning, tool use, contextual memory, and reflection, to deliver intelligent task execution and measurable automation outcomes.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems such as Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams to embed AI into day-to-day work.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Develop and iterate on prompt templates, AI guardrails, fallback strategies, and continuous feedback loops to improve agent performance over time.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business value for clients.</li> </ul> <h3 class="_9k2iva0 p8i6j0c _1ibi0s314 heading3 _9k2iva1"><strong>Collaboration &amp; Leadership</strong></h3> <ul class="p8i6j07 p8i6j02"> <li class="p8i6j0a">Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including business stakeholders, IT, data, analytics, and security teams, to deliver successful client engagements.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Provide technical and strategic leadership during automation and AI discovery sessions, process mapping workshops, design reviews, and project delivery.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Ensure high quality in deliverables through rigorous testing, documentation, governance, and adherence to security and compliance best practices.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Partner with practice and account leaders to identify opportunities to expand Copilot and AI agent use cases, improve delivery patterns, and standardize reusable solutions.</li> </ul> <h3 class="_9k2iva0 p8i6j0c _1ibi0s314 heading3 _9k2iva1"><strong>Practice &amp; Firm Contribution</strong></h3> <ul class="p8i6j07 p8i6j02"> <li class="p8i6j0a">Contribute to internal initiatives such as IP development, accelerators, templates, playbooks, and training related to Copilot, AI agents, and analytics.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Help develop and refine best practices for prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and responsible AI within the Microsoft ecosystem.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Support internal enablement efforts that empower business users and analysts to create and maintain their own business process solutions with technology.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Represent phData with professionalism in all interactions, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h3 class="_9k2iva0 p8i6j0c _1ibi0s314 heading3 _9k2iva1"><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul class="p8i6j07 p8i6j02"> <li class="p8i6j0a">Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping AI and automation roadmaps, influencing strategic decisions, and guiding long-term initiatives as clients experiment with Copilot and agentic workflows across multiple functions.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Mentor and coach team members and client users, fostering a culture of learning, feedback, and continuous improvement in AI agent and analytics practices.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Help define and refine practice standards, reusable assets, delivery frameworks, and enablement programs (e.g., playbooks, training, office hours) to support scaled adoption of Copilot agents and AI workflows.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2 class="_9k2iva0 p8i6j0c _1ibi0s314 heading2 _9k2iva1">About You</h2> <p class="p8i6j01 paragraph">You are a client-focused consultant and problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment.
