In this role, you will own a portfolio of strategic, industry-focused accounts, driving growth, profitability, and executive relationships while helping clients formulate and realize their AI &amp; Data goals. You will collaborate closely with client executives, Sales, Technical Account Leads, Delivery leaders, and ecosystem partners to deliver high-impact programs and advance phData’s delivery excellence.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Key Responsibilities</span></h2> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Client Delivery</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own and drive account strategy, delivery, and growth for a portfolio of strategic, industry-focused accounts, creating and executing long-term growth plans aligned to client goals and phData’s capabilities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Translate client business objectives and AI &amp; Data goals into strategic programs spanning data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI, in partnership with data engineering, analytics, and ML teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure engagements across your portfolio are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong profitability and measurable business value, maintaining ~40% utilization to stay close to delivery and client outcomes.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaboration &amp; Leadership</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Go-to-Market, Delivery, Finance, Product, and Partner teams to align on account health, project success, and future opportunity.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide strategic leadership during executive meetings, workshops, QBRs, and roadmap discussions, positioning phData as a trusted advisor to both business and IT stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure high quality in deliverables by staying engaged with delivery teams, reviewing performance metrics, and driving governance, risk management, and issue resolution across accounts.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with ecosystem providers (e.g., Snowflake, AWS) to design and execute joint account strategies that bring added value to clients and accelerate portfolio growth.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Practice &amp; Firm Contribution</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to internal initiatives such as industry playbooks, account planning frameworks, sales enablement materials, and patterns for driving AI &amp; Data outcomes in your verticals.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Represent phData with professionalism at industry events, conferences, and panels, helping to elevate our presence and reputation within Restaurant/Hospitality, Technology, and other priority sectors.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Share best practices, deal learnings, and client insights to help improve phData’s client engagement model, forecasting, and overall delivery excellence.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Additional Responsibilities</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping roadmaps, influencing strategic decisions, and guiding long-term initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help define and refine practice standards, reusable assets, and delivery frameworks.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are a <strong>client-focused, strategic account leader and trusted advisor</strong> who enjoys working in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment. You are a value-driven communicator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker who is comfortable operating in distributed, global teams and partnering with colleagues across time zones to drive complex, high-impact work.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Required Qualifications</span></h2> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>10+ years of experience</strong> in consulting or similar data-driven verticals, including ownership of strategic account portfolios and revenue targets in the $5–15M+ range.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Technical / Functional Skills</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deep domain expertise in Restaurant/Hospitality, Technology, Financial Services or similar sectors, with the ability to identify business pain points and connect them to phData’s AI &amp; Data services and solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience collaborating with data engineering, analytics, and ML teams to design, sell, and oversee implementation of modern data solutions (data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to own revenue and profitability across a portfolio of strategic accounts, delivering growth through both net-new and expansion work.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Consulting / Delivery Skills&nbsp;</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience delivering projects for external or internal clients in a professional services or consulting environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable steps and drive them through to completion.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including experience leading executive-level conversations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaboration &amp;
