Leading Pharma Company - Looking for Product Person - Will be closely working with the Sale person as well .

Any specific Product software knowledge/experience he should have- Drug Impurity Standards, Standards & peptide related standards and KSM

B.Pharm, Msc (Organic Chemistry)

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned products, features, and benefits of Research Chemicals like GC standards, Analytical standards, peptide intermediates & standards, Pharma Impurities etc
• Support the sales team with product demonstrations, presentations, and technical explanations
• Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams and customers
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to product and development teams
• Assist in product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional strategies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Train sales teams and clients on product usage and best practices
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
• Generating leads from customers, preparing and sending quotations, negotiation with customer for conversion.
• Must be a target oriented individual, should coordinate, lead & achieve the goal for the company’s research chemical portfolio.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Candidates must be B.Pharm, Msc (Organic chemistry), MBA would be an added advantages
• Sound techno commercial person having very good communication skills.
• Proven experience in product support, sales, or product management (typically 2–5 years)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to translate technical features into business benefits
• Customer-focused mindset
• Familiarity with CRM tools and product management software is a plus
