Manager, DS & AI Full Stack Engineer

As a Manager, AI and Data Science Full Stack Engineer at Pfizer, your role involves architecting and implementing AI solutions at scale. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end data engineering, data science, and analytics products alongside AI modules. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing server-side logic using back-end technologies like Python
• Creating data ETL pipelines using Python and SQL
• Building responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
• Developing dynamic web applications with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or AngularJS
• Constructing data visualizations and applications for data exploration and insights generation
• Implementing infrastructure and tools for software development and deployment
• Automating processes for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD pipeline)
• Integrating AI and data science models into production solutions in collaboration with data scientists and engineers
• Proactively identifying and resolving potential system issues
• Contributing to team best practices and supporting colleagues' growth
• Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Staying updated with emerging technologies and trends in the field

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or related technical fields
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a robust portfolio of successful projects
• Strong programming skills in Python or R, and familiarity with libraries and frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Understanding of back-end technologies, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of BI backend concepts like Star Schema and Snowflake
• Experience in building low code dashboard solutions with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Dash, and Streamlit
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
• Willingness to tackle new challenges and venture outside of your comfort zone
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
