Collaborating with other personnel is critical to achieving synchronization in development activities throughout the mine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct excavation and tunneling for ore access
• Install ground support systems, including rock bolts and mesh
• Lead drilling and blasting operations effectively
• Organize ventilation systems for safety
• Maintain and inspect mining equipment regularly

Requirements

• Grade 12 diploma or GED with 8 years underground experience
• 5+ years' Jumbo operational experience
• 3+ years as a Lead Development Miner
• Proven skills in drilling, blasting, and team management
• Familiarity with mining equipment operations
